The
Falls Ride - $60/person
|
Bring a lunch or at least a snack. This ride will be close to 4 hours. Follow the pack trail past Lane and Roosevelt Lake. Then split off and down to the West Walker River and the Falls. We'll stop here for your lunch and/or snack. Back on the horses to the Pack Station.
Must be at the Pack Station by 9:30 am to take this ride. Reservations are best, but if you show up, we'll take you first come.

The
Secret Lake Ride- $45/person
|
Around two hours long, this ride will follow the pack trial for a ways then turn and go to the Secret Lake trail. From there you will ride the ridge overlooking Leavitt Meadows until you drop down to the river and back to the Pack Station.
Must be at the Pack Station by 2:00 pm to take this ride. Reservations are best, but if you show, we'll take you first come.

All rides are at a walk and with a guide/wrangler. Saddlebags are provided with your horse, so you can carry a lunch and other necessities. Daypacks will not be carried on the horse. You can roll your jacket up and tie it behind your saddle. Rain protection should be carried on your horse.
Children must be at least 6 years old and able to ride by themselves. They can not be lead or ride with a partner.
We
would like to have your ride in cowboy boots, but understand many people
don't have them. Tennis shoes are okay. Every rider must be in pants and
closed shoes. Riding experience is not necessary.
